In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients 1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp *Salt... 1/2 tsp *Lemon juice... 1 tsp *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

A nice Protein rich accompaniment for Bhakari or Roti. Goes very well with steamed Rice n Ghee. It should be served with a nice glass of Buttermilk.
Very quick to prepare in minutes with little pre-preperations.
Let's see the Recipe in detail...
Ingredients
*Roasted Peanuts coarsely Powdered....1 Cup
*Chopped Onion...1 Cup
*Green Chillies chopped...3
*Chopped Coriander...1 tbspn
*Oil...1 tbspn
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Salt...3/4 tsp
*Water...1 Cup
*Lemon juice...1/2 tsp
Method...
*Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard seeds, let it splutter, add Chopped Green Chillies and Onions.
*Saute for 3 minutes.
*Add Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli Powder. Mix properly.
*Add Water and Salt, let it boil.
*Add Peanuts Powder gradually, mix properly.
*Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
*Done... switch off the gas.
*Add Lemon Juice & chopped fresh Coriander.
Enjoy....

*कांदा चिरून...1 वाटी
*हिरवी मिरची चिरून...3
*कोथिंबीर चिरून...1 टेबलस्पून
*तेल...1 टेबलस्पून
*मोहरी...1/4 टिस्पून
*हळद...1/4 टिस्पून
*तिखट...1 टिस्पून
*मीठ...3/4 टिस्पून
*पाणी...1 वाटी
*लिंबू रस...1/2 टिस्पून
कृती...
*कढईत तेल तापवून मोहरी घालून तडतडल्यावर मिरची व कांदा घालून 3 मिनिटे परता.
*हळद व तिखट घालून एकत्र करा.
*पाणी व मीठ घालून उकळी येऊ द्या.
*मग दाण्याचा कुट हळूहळू घालून छान एकत्र करा.
*मध्यम आचेवर 5 मिनिटे शिजवून घ्या.
*गॅस बंद करून कोथिंबीर व लिंबू रस घालून सर्व्ह करा.
*फार छान चव लागते 😋😋
