Ingredients *Yellow moong dal...5 tbspn *Chana dal... 5 tbspn *Eno fruit salt...1 tsp *Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp  *Salt...1.5 tsp *Lemon juice... 1 tbspn *Oil...2 tbspn  *Garlic pods..6 *Grated ginger...1.5 tsp *Water... Same quantity of un soaked dal If dal is 3/4 cup...water should be 3/4 th cup  For tadka *Oil...2 tbspn *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp *Jeera... 1/2 tsp *Asafoetida powder/ Hing...1/4 tsp *Turmeric ...a pinch (optional) *Green chillies... 4-5(optional) For garnish... *Chopped coriander...1 tbspn *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn Method  *Wash and soak both the dal together for 2.5 hours. *Measure the water. This simple veg is very flavourful n yummy to taste. You can have it with hot Rotis or Dal Rice.
Quick n easy to prepare...
Ingredients..
•Methi /Fenugreek leaves 250 gms
•Potatoes 250 gms
•Oil 1.5 tbspn
•Jira/Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
•Rai/Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
•Hing / Asafoetida a Big Pinch
•Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp.
•Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp
•Salt 1 tsp.
Method...
•Hard boil the Potatoes, when cool peel n dice it.
•Wash n chopp finely fenugreek leaves.
•Heat Oil in a pan add Mustard seeds n Cumin Seeds, after it splutters add Potatoes n Asafoetida powder.
•Add Turmeric Powder n saute for 3 minute's on medium flame.
•Add Chopped fenugreek leaves, Saute for 3..4 minutes.
•Add Red Chilly Powder n Salt.
•Stir for 3..4 minutes.
Done...
Serve hot with Roti or Dal Rice.

Pakatil Puri рдкाрдХाрддीрд▓ рдкुрд▒्рдпा

  Pakatil Purya... рдкाрдХाрддीрд▓ рдкुрд▒्рдпा It's a typical maharashtrian sweet dish... Very easy to prepare and delicious too. Ingredients... *Fine semolina...1 Cup  1 Cup...150 ml *Sugar .... 1 Cup  *Desi ghee in liquid form.... 2 tsp *Curd...1/2 Cup... approximately *Ghee...for deep frying *Green cardamom powder...1/4 tsp *Dry fruits Powder...2 tbsp... optional  Recipe...  *Add ghee in semolina and just pulse it from the mixer. Remove from the mixer and take it in a pan. *Make a dough by using curd only. Dough should not be too hard or too soft. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. *Now roll the dough into small Puri's. I have made bite size. *Deep fry Puri in ghee till light pink in colour. *You can store these by preparing it in a day in advance. *Take 1/2 cup sugar in a heavy base pan. Add 1/4 th Cup water. Put it on a gas on medium flame. *Let sugar dissolve and when it starts boiling reduce the gas flame. Let it boil for 3..4 minutes.  *Switch off the gas. Add 1/4 tsp green cardam
