These seasonal vegetables is called as "रानभाजी" Since this vegetable is very healthy one should eat it at least once in the rainy season . It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.


This is the famous dish from Kerala which I tried to make at home, n turned out very yummy n tasty. I have used Rice flour to make it quickly...
•Rice Flour 2 Cups
•Water 2 Cups
•Salt 1/2 tsp
•Oil 2 tsp
•Oil for greasing
•Take water in a pan , add salt n 2 tsp Oil.
•Let it boil.
•Switch off the gas.
•Add slowly Rice Flour n mix properly.
•Cover immediately with the lid.
•After 15 minutes take all the flour in a big plate, mash it by the hands using little water in a soft dough.
•Steam the water in a big pan.
•Grease the Idli plates.
•Put the dough in a Sev mould, make a sev in each Idli mould.
•Let it steam for 10 minutes.
Done .
Serve it with Sweet Coconut Milk, Potato song, Sambar, Coconut oil n Pickle...

तांदूळ शेवई
ह्याला केरळी लोक इडिअप्पम असे म्हणतात.
ह्या तांदूळ शेवई सांबर, बटाटा सॉंग, खोबरे तेल व लोणचे, नारळाचे गोड दुध असे कशासोबतही खाता येतात.
चवदार व झटपट होतात, रेडिमेड नुडल्स ला उत्तम पौष्टिक पर्याय...
एकदा नक्की करून पाहा...
तुम्ही हि शेव बटाटा सॉंग ह्या भाजीसोबत सर्व्ह करू शकता.
हि भाजी तुम्हाला खालील लिंकवर बोट ठेवले कि मिळेल
तांदुळ पीठ ...1 वाटी
पाणी ...1 वाटी
मीठ 1/4 tsp
तेल 2 Tsp
इडली साचा किंवा एक जाळीदार ताटली / रोळी
एका भांड्यात 1 वाटी पाणी, 1 tsp तेल व मीठ घालून गॅसवर उकळी येऊ द्या.
गॅस बंद करा, व तांदुळ पीठ घालून मिक्स करून झाकून ठेवा.
10 मिनिटांनी हे पीठ परातीत काढुन पाण्याचा हात लावून छान मळून/ चुरून घ्या. छोटे गोळे करा.
एका मोठ्या भांड्यात किंवा कुकर मध्ये पाणी गरम करायला ठेवा.
इडली साचा किंवा रोळीला तेल लावून घ्या.
तांदूळ पिठाचे गोळे शेवेच्या साच्यात घालून इडली साच्यात शेव टाकून घ्या.
वरील साचा किंवा रोळी भांड्यात/कुकर मध्ये ठेवा.
10 मिनिटे वाफवा, बाहेर काढून गार झाल्यावर सर्व्ह करा.
मस्तच लागतात.
