This is a no onion garlic recipe, but very tasty and full of flavours...😋 Ingredients... *Chickpea/ Chana Dal... 1 Cup 1 Cup... 150 ml *Chopped Coriander... 1 Cup *Green Chillies... 4 *Curry leaves... 15  *Grated ginger... 1 tsp *Salt... 1 tsp *Cumin seeds... 1/4 tsp *Oil for frying Method... * Soak Chana Dal for 2 hours. Drain out all the water by straining them in colander. Let it rest for 20 minutes. *In a mixi jar, grind first green chillies, curry leaves and ginger without adding water. Then add soaked Chana Dal, grind to a coarse paste without adding water. *Take this batter in a pan, add Salt Cumin seeds and finely chopped Coriander. Mix properly with the help of hands. *

Semolina Coconut Ladoo

#Semolina Coconut Laddu
These sweet Laddu with a flavour of Coconut are very Delicious n loved by one and all.
Easy to prepare... Yuummmm to eat..
•Semolina 1.5 Cups
1 Cup...200 ml.
•Fresh / Dessicated Coconut 1 Cup
•Sugar 1.5 Cup
•Water 1 Cup
•Pure Ghee/Clarified Butter.. 4 tablespoon...liquid form
•Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
•Dry Roast Semolina for 2..3 mts on low flame.
•Add Ghee n roast on low flame till golden in colour.
•Add grated Coconut, roast just for two minutes.
•Keep this pan aside.
•Now take another pan, add Sugar n water.
•Keep on medium flame, keep stirring.
•Let it boil, after 4..5 minutes of Boling switch off the gas.
•Pour this Sugar syrup in roasted Semolina n Coconut mixture, mix properly.
•Keep it covered, let Semolina absorb all the Sugar syrup.
•Generally after 3 hours, it will be ready to roll into Laddos. But do keep checking occasionally.
•Add Green Cardamom Powder n Cashews.
•Roll in Ladoo shape of your choice.
Very tasty n yummy to eat.
*If after 3 hours , it's not easy to roll the Laddus, heat the mix on Gas on low flame for few minutes.
If the mix is too dry roll the Laddos by applying milk to hands.
*Will remain fresh for 2..3 days, *Refrigerate it if you wish to have long shelf life.
रवा नारळाचे लाडु
हे लाडू चवीला मधुर लागतात, करायला सोपे आहेत.
•रवा 1.5 वाटी
1 वाटी...200 मिली.
•ओले/ desicated नारळ 1 वाटी
•साखर 1.5 वाटी
•पाणी 1 वाटी
•साजुक तुप 4 tbspn पातळ करून
•वेलदोडे पूड 1 tsp
•काजू 12
•कढईत मंद आचेवर रवा 2,3 मिनिटे भाजावा.
•त्यात तुप घालून मंद आचेवर गुलाबी रंग येईपर्यत भाजावे.
•मग नारळ घालून 2 मिनिटे भाजून कढई बाजूला ठेवून द्या.
•एका भांड्यात साखर घेऊन 1 वाटी पाणी घाला.
•गॅसवर ठेवून हलवत रहा, उकळी येऊ द्या.
•उकळी आल्यावर 4..5मिनिटांनी गॅस बंद करून तो पाक लाडूच्या मिश्रणात घाला.
•झाकुन ठेवून द्या.
•3 तासांनी मिश्रण आळून येईल, वेलदोडे पुड व काजु घालून हवे त्या आकाराचे लाडू वळा.
चवीला खुप मधुर लागतात, 2..3 दिवस चांगले राहतात.
फ्रिज मध्ये ठेवल्यास जास्त टिकतात.
*तीन तासांनंतर मिश्रण ओलसर आहे असे वाटले तर मंद गॅसवर ठेवून थोडे आटवुन घ्या.
पेढ्या इतपत ओलसर हवे.
जर मिश्रण कोरडे भरभरीत वाटले तर थोडे कोमट दूध हाताला लावून लाडू वळावेत.

Very tasty and yummmy 😋😋😋😋 Ingredients... *Potato... peeled and diced...1 Cup 1 Cup...400 ml *Roasted Peanuts Powder...1/4 th Cup *Chopped Coriander...1/4 th Cup *Green Chillies...
