High in fiber, helps digestion, and keeps you full longer.   Ingredients *Broccoli florets – 1 cup *Broccoli stems (peeled & chopped) – 1/4 cup *Almonds – 10–12 *Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup *Garlic – 4 pods *Milk – 1/2 cup *Water – 1 cup *Sugar – 1 tsp *Salt – 1/2 tsp *Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp *Homemade ghee – 2 tsp *Chopped almonds – For garnish Method *Chop the almonds. *Take a thick-bottom pan, add ghee and let it melt. *Add chopped onion and garlic, sprinkle a pinch of salt. This tangy spicy Pickle is a nice change for your taste buds after eating all Diwali sweets.
Easy to prepare and yummy 😋😋
If refrigerated will remain fresh even for a week...

Ingredients...
*Chopped Tomatoes ....6 Medium
*Peeled Garlic pods ....20
*Oil ....6 tbspn or more if you like 
*Mustard Seeds... 1 tsp
*Red Chiily Powder ...3 tsp
*Salt ...2 tsp
*Fenugreek seeds Powder...1/4 tsp . *Tamarind....Gooseberry size   *Jaggery...Gooseberry size 
Method....
*Make a powder of Mustard Seeds.
*Mix Mustard powder , Chilli powder, Salt & Fenugreek seeds powder in a bowl.
*Soak the Tamarind in water n make a pulp using 1/2 cup  water.
*In a pan heat Oil...add Garlic pods...saute for 2 mts...
*Add chopped Tomatoes, mix..cover with lid n cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
*After 10 minutes , mix all the powders in a bowl in Tomato, mix properly.
*Add Tamarind pulp & Jaggery, mix properly.
*Cook till consistency of pickle .
*Cool n store in the  jar. Keep it in refrigerator. ..
*Goes very well with Paratha. .. Curd Rice..etc..

*लाल टमाटे चिरुन....6 मध्यम
*लसूण पाकळ्या सोलून...20
*तेल...6 टेबलस्पून किंवा आवडत असेल तर थोडे जास्त 
*तिखट...3 टी स्पून
*मोहरी...1 टी स्पून
*मीठ...2 टी स्पून
*मेथी पावडर ...1/4 टी स्पून
*चिंच ...छोट्या लिंबाएवढी
*गुळ ...छोट्या लिंबाएवढा
कृती....
*मोहरीची पावडर करून घ्या.
*एका वाटीत मोहरी पावडर, लाल तिखट, मीठ व मेथी पूड एकत्र करा.
*चिंच पाण्यात भिजत घाला  व अर्धी वाटी पाणी घालून कोळ काढून घ्या.
*एका भांड्यात तेल गरम करा, व त्यात लसूण पाकळ्या टाकून दोन मिनिटे परतून घ्या.
*नंतर त्यात चिरलेले टमाटे घाला , मिक्स करा व झाकण ठेवून दहा मिनिटे शिजू द्या अधुन मधुन हलवत रहा.
*दहा मिनिटांनी शिजलेल्या टमाट्यात मेथीपूड मोहरी पुड,तिखट व मीठ घालून मिक्स करा.
*चिंचेचा कोळ व गूळ घालून एकत्र करा.
*लोणचे छान दाट होईस्तोवर शिजवून घ्या.
*गार झाल्यावर बरणीत भरून फ्रीजमध्ये ठेवून द्या .
*पराठे ,दही भात ,वरण भात कशासोबतही छान लागते.
