Ingredients... *Washed and chopped spinach...3cups 1 Cup...150 ml *Green chillies...4 *Garlic pods...8 *Grated ginger...1 tsp *Wheat flour... 2 cups *Oil for dough...6 tsp *Oil for roasting paratha...3 tbsp *Salt...1.5 tsp *Sesame seeds...2 tsp Method... *In a kadhai add chopped spinach, green chillies, garlic and ginger, cook on a gas without adding water, till water evaporates. Let it cool and grind from the mixer by adding 2 tbsp water. •In a wide based pan take wheat flour,add 6 tsp oil and salt, mix it properly with the help of hands. Add spinach puree and make a dough. Onion Jhunka
Ingredients. ..
•500 grams Onions
•2.5 tbsp Oil
•1.5 cups Chickpea flour.
•1.5 tsp salt.
•1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
•3 tsp Red Chilly Powder
•1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Method. ..
•Chopp the Onions.
•Heat Oil in an Iron Kadhai.
•Add Mustard Seeds after it splutters add Termeric n finely chopped Onions.
•Saute them on medium heat for 5 mts.
•Add Red Chilli Powder n Salt...saute till oil leaves the sides of the kadhai.
•Add Besan/Chickpea flour.. mix properly. ..cook by covering on low heat for 3..4 mts... stirring occasionally. ..
