Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. This Chutney goes well with Idli Dosa or in your regular Meels too.
 This Chutney is the balance of spices as well as proteins .
It's a combination of Peanuts, Coconut and Split Black Gram Dal.
Very tangy n flavour full.
Ingredients ..
*Split Black Gram Dal....2teaspoons
* Peanut...3 teaspoon..
 *Grated Coconut...4 teaspoons
 You can use dry or fresh coconut.
*Red Chillies Powder... 2 teaspoon
*Salt...1/2 teaspoon
*Tamarind... Gooseberry size
Cumin seeds...1/2 teaspoon
*Sugar...a pinch (optional)
*Water... As per your requirement
Method...
*Dry roast Split Black Gram Dal n Peanuts seperately. Let it cool.
*Add all ingredients in the mixer jar.
*Grind it dry first, then add water gradually.
*Add water as per the consistency you desire.
*For tempering...
*Heat 2 teaspoon Oil, add 1/4th teaspoon Mustard Seed, when it splutters add a pinch of Asafoetida powder n 5..6 Curry Leaves.
*Pour it immediately over the Chutney.
*Enjoy this tangy Chutney with Idli, Dosa or in your normal meal.
*Refrigerate it for more shelf life.

पौष्टिक पण आहे... रोज च्या जेवणात व इडली डोसा सोबत अतिशय सुंदर लागते.
खुप चविष्ट व चटपटीत लागते.
साहित्य...
*उडीद डाळ...2 टिस्पून
*शेंगदाणे...3 टिस्पून
*सुक्या खोबऱ्याचा कीस...4 टिस्पून
*तिखट...2 टिस्पून
*मीठ...1/2 टिस्पून
*जीरे...1/4 टिस्पून
*चिंच... आवळ्या एवढी
*साखर... चवीनुसार... ऐच्छिक
कृती...
*उडीद डाळ व शेंगदाणे वेगवेगळे खमंग भाजून घ्या.
*गार झाल्यावर, सगळे एकत्र करून मिक्सरमधून कोरडे वाटुन घ्या.
*मग अर्धी वाटी किंवा गरजे नुसार पाणी घालून बारीक वाटावे, एका भांड्यात काढून घ्या.
*फोडणी...2 टिस्पून तेलात, मोहरी घालून तडतडल्यावर चिमूटभर हिंग व 4..5 कढीपत्त्याची पाने घालून खमंग फोडणी करून चटणी वर घालून एकत्र कालवून घ्या.
*इडली दोसा सोबत सर्व्ह करा.
*फ्रीजमध्ये ठेवून द्या.
