It cures indigestion as well as it helps to increase appetite.  Very tasty and easy to prepare. You can get these vegetables  in the local market in rainy season. In some areas this veg is also called as "गुनगुण्याची भाजी" Ingredients  1 Cup...150 ml *Patur Veg... finely chopped...3 cups *Yellow moong dal... 1/2 Cup  *Garlic pods... 6 *Oil... 4 tbspn  *Mustard seeds... 1/2 tsp  *Turmeric powder... 1/2 tsp *Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Lemon juice... 1 tsp  *Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn  *Grated coconut... 1 tbspn  Method... *Wash and soak yellow moong dal in sufficient water for 2 hours. *Here I have taken 2 bundle s of Patur Veg. Clean and take leaves only. Wash it thoroughly and chop finely.

Kojagiri or Sharad Purnima is celebrated through out India. This festival is the end of harvest season.
On this day Moon 🌒 is closest to the earth.
This festival is celebrated on the full Moon day in the month of Ashwin.
Milk is prepared and offered to the Moon...
Let the rays of Moon pass through the milk , n then Prasad is ready to drink.
Very rich in taste...with mild flavour of Saffron and Cardamom. Crunchy Almonds, Pistachio...
*Full fat Milk...4Cups
*Sugar...5 TSP
*Saffron... 20 thread's
*Almonds...2 TSP
*Cashews..2 TSP
*Pistachio....2 TSP
*Charoli/ Hamilton's Mombin... 2 TSP
*Green Cardamom Powder...1/2 TSP
*Make a coarse powder of Almond n Cashews.
*Slice the pistachios.
*Add Sugar, Saffron to the milk and Charoli/Hamilton's Mombin.
*Boil the Milk till it reduces to 3 cups.
*Add Almond n Cashews Powder.
*Switch off the gas.
*Add Green Cardamom Powder, sliced Pistachios.
*Serve warm.

कोजागिरी चे दुध
अश्र्विन पौर्णिमा हा सण भारतात जवळ जवळ सर्वत्र साजरा होतो. ह्याला शरद पौर्णिमा असे पण म्हणतात.
विदर्भात भुलाबाई ची गाणी म्हणतात. काही घरी आस्नि असते, म्हणजे, आई आपल्या पहिल्या मुलाला किंवा मुलीला औक्षण करते व काही तरी भेट वस्तू देते. जर एकत्र कुटुंब पद्धती असेल तर अनेक जणांना ओवाळायचा सोहळा असतो.
केशर युक्त दुध आटवुन चंद्राला नैवेद्य दाखवून मग हे दुध प्राशन केले जाते.
घरोघरी गच्चीवर सगळे एकत्र येऊन कोजागिरी पौर्णिमा साजरी करतात. दुधासोबत चिवडा, भाजून व उकडलेल्या भुईमूग शेंगा, भेळ, असे आपल्याला आवडीनुसार पदार्थ असतात.
आज पाहूया कोजागिरी चे दुध..
*दुध....4 वाटी
*साखर....5 टीस्पून
*केशर....25 काडी
*वेलची पूड....1/2 टी स्पून
*बदाम....2 टी स्पून
*काजू....2 टी स्पून
*पिस्ता....2 टी स्पून
*चारोळी....2 टी स्पून
*बदाम व काजू ची जाडसर पुड करुन घ्या.
*पिस्ता बारीक चिरून घ्यावा.
*दुधात केशर, साखर व चारोळी घालून उकळून घ्या.
*3 वाटी होईपर्यंत आटवावे. फार दाट नको.
*बदाम व काजू पूड घालावी.
*पिस्त्याचे काप व वेलची पूड घालावी.
*चंद्र देवाला नैवेद्य दाखवून, दुध प्राशन करावे.
