A little homemade ghee on a hot poli, served with bhaji, amti, dal or curd—pure comfort food! 😋 Ingredients 1 Cup... 150 ml. *Whole wheat flour... 2 Cup  *Salt... 1/2 tsp  *Oil ... 2 tbsp  *Water as required ... 1.5 Cup approximately  *Oil or ghee for folding *Wheat flour for  dusting and rolling. Method *Combine wheat flour and salt . Add water gradually and knead  into a soft dough. Gujrati Gota Bhajiya

Gujarati Gote
Gote in gujrati means Pakoda made of Methi or Coriander or Masala Gota.
This is a typical snacks /Farsan dish from Gujarat and loved by one and all in Gujarat.
Very tasty and flavorful snacks or bhajiya.
It is a Nice combination of spices as well as a sweet flavour of  sugar.
Ingredients...
*Course chickpea flour one cup
1 Cup...200 ml
*Black peppercorns 8 to 10
*Coriander seeds one teaspoon
*Red chilli powder one and half teaspoon
*Sugar one teaspoon or 2 teaspoon
As per your desire, optional
*Salt  1Tsp
*Lemon juice one teaspoon
*Milk 1 Cup
 You can use water if you don't wish to use milk
*Chop green chillies half teaspoon
*Finely chopped coriander one tablespoon
Soda bicarbonate 1 pinch
*Garam Masala 1/4 TSP
Method
*Dry roasted chickpea flour on low flame for 3 minutes
*Crush roughly black pepper n coriander seeds.
*Mix all the ingredients except oil
*Let it rest for 30 minutes
*Heat the oil in a pan
*Add 2 teaspoon oil in the prepared batter
*Mix it properly and make small  marble sized balls
*Fry the balls/Gote or Pakode till crispy and Golden in colour
 *Serve it hot with deep fried green chillies and tamarind chutney.

गुजराथी गोटे
हा गुजरात मधील अतिशय लोकप्रिय असा नाश्त्याचा प्रकार आहे.
गुजरातमध्ये गोटे म्हणजेच आपले भजे ,हे भजे मेथी ,कोथिंबीर किंवा नुसते मसाला गोटे म्हणून पण केले जातात.
बाराही महिने तिथे हा प्रकार होतो.
जेवणात कित्येकदा साइडडीश म्हणून पण करतात... त्याला फरसाण असे पण ते  म्हणतात.
थोडासा गोडसर व चवदार असा हा प्रकार नक्की करून पहा तुम्हाला पण आवडेल.
साहित्य 
*रवाळ बेसन ...एक वाटी
1 वाटी...200 मिली 
*काळे मिरे ..आठ ते दहा
*पूर्ण धने ..एक टिस्पून
*लाल तिखट ...दीड टीस्पून
*साखर ...एक ते दोन टीस्पून
किंवा तुमच्या आवडीनुसार
*मीठ... 1 टीस्पून
*दूध... एक वाटी
दूध वापरायच नसेल तर एक वाटी पाणी पण घेऊ शकता.
*लिंबू रस ...1टीस्पून
*चिरलेली मिरची... अर्धा टी स्पून
*चिरलेली कोथिंबीर ...एक टेबलस्पून
*खायचा सोडा ...एक चिमूट
*गरम मसाला... पाव टीस्पून
कृती...
*प्रथम बेसन दोन-तीन मिनिटे कोरडे भाजून घ्या.
*प्रथम धने व मिरे जाडसर भरडून घ्या.
*तेल सोडून बाकी सगळे साहित्य एकत्र करून कालवून घ्या.
*तीस मिनिटे हे मिश्रण मुरू द्या.
*एका कढईत तेल तापवायला ठेवा.
*दोन टीस्पून गरम तेल वरील मिश्रणात घालून व्यवस्थित मिक्स करून घ्या.
*हाताने छोट्या लिंबाएवढी किंवा आवळा एवढे गोळे करून कढईत खरपूस गुलाबी रंगावर तळून घ्या.
*कुरकुरीत गरमागरम गोटे तळलेल्या मिरच्या व चटणीसोबत सर्व्ह करा.
